A+ Customer Service. Had a flat right outside Fairfield traveling from Burlington to Ames. The shop was able to get it patched quickly and get me back on the road quickly.

On 9/13/2026 Paul Stepanovic had this to say:
Very thankful to the guys at Fairfield Tire and Service! We were traveling from St. Louis to Des Moines when we got a low tire pressure alarm just outside Fairfield. We limped into town, found Fairfield Tire & Service and they fixed the tire right away! They showed us we had picked up a nail somewhere on our journey. They got us back onto the highway very quickly! Friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff! Thanks again guys!!

On 7/1/2026 Carlos Reyes had this to say:
Keith and Janice are amazing! We came to Iowa all the way from Vermont and our a/c broke down. They took us in immediately, they rearranged their whole client schedule so they could help us, found the problem and in a couple of days it got fixed, also at a very reasonable price. We are very grateful that we found them and we highly recommend their service.

On 6/27/2026 Paul Strubell had this to say:
Upstanding. Honest. Knowledgeable. Just a few of the ways I would describe Fairfield Tire & Service. I bring my vehicles here for tires and oil changes on a regular basis.

On 5/31/2026 Jeanne K had this to say:
We were amazed at the emergency service we received from Fairfax Tire. We had a cracked oil pan on our antique sports car during a cross country trip and they were our saviors— got the car on a rack immediately to diagnose it, got a replacement pan shipped in the next day and had us back on the road the next morning. On top of that, they got us set up with a rental car and wonderful recommendations on spending a few unplanned days in the area. It was the best customer care we’ve ever had!
